How do I make changes to my order?

It is worth noting, as we do work to 24 hour shipping, if your order has already been packed we will not be able to make any changes, but we will do everything we can to help you with your query.

Are my personal details secure?

We utilize the latest in Secure Server Technology to ensure that all personal and transactional information is protected to the highest standards. We never make your personal details available to companies outside of Divine for marketing purposes, although our representatives may hold your data so that your details and/or order can be processed and/or account maintained.

How do I manage the emails I receive?

We'd like all our customers to receive the information they need to make their online shopping experience successful.

As a customer we'll automatically send you emails confirming your order, when it is despatched and any changes you might make to the order or your personal details. We'll also contact you in the unlikely event that there's a problem with the payment or delivery of your order.

In addition, we can keep you up-to-date with special offers and products we think you'll like. If you want to subscribe to our regular email newsletters, just click the 'Update communications preferences' in 'My Account'.

If you no longer want to receive emails from us, you can click the link at the bottom of the emails we send you to remove your address from our list or change your preference in 'My Account'.

Dispatch & Delivery

Where is my order?

We send your orders out on a 48 hour tracked delivery service, and your order should be dispatched the same day you placed your order (orders placed after 2pm may be dispatched next day). You will receive an email with a link to track your order as soon as it is dispatched.

What forms of payment can I use?

We won't ask you for any payment until we've made sure that all the goods in your shopping basket have been processed. And to make sure you always have the highest level of security, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them.

You can pay for your online order using most credit or debit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Delta, or Maestro/Switch cards are all accepted.

How do I use a promotion code?

On the payment page, enter the promotion code in the 'promotion box'.

You'll need to enter the promotion code to get the discount or special offer on your order.
