Easy to make, delicious brownies that will impress all your friends!
Easy Bitesized Vegan Brownies

Ingredients
270g pre-sieved self raising flour
180g coconut sugar
3 tbsp cacao powder
Pinch of flaked salt
75g coconut oil or vegan butter, melted
3 tbsp smooth almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
250ml unsweetened almond or cashew milk
75g Divine 70% dark chocolate, chopped
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C / 160 fan.
Step 2
line a baking tray (33 x 22 x 2cm) with greaseproof paper and grease with a little coconut oil or vegan butter.
Step 3
Add the sifted flour, coconut sugar, cacao and salt to a mixing bowl and stir to combine until there are no lumps
Step 4
Add the melted coconut oil or vegan butter, almond butter, vanilla and plant based milk and whisk with a hand ballon whisk or fold with a spatula until combined. Try not to over mix as this will make the brownies stiff. Stir until just combined.
Step 5
Fold through the chocolate, keeping a little back to press on top.
Step 6
Spoon brownie batter into your tray and press the remaining chocolate on top. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes until just set. Don’t overcook as these brownie bites will firm up as they cool.
Step 7
Allow to cool in the tray for 10 minutes then on wire wrack to firm up. Slice and enjoy.
