Serves: Serves 10 People
Ingredients
90g Divine 70% Dark Chocolate
90g Divine Milk Chocolate with Toffee and Sea Salt
227g Clotted Cream
50g Divine Cocoa Powder
50g Freeze Dried Raspberries

Method
Step 1
Chop all of the chocolate into small pieces.
Step 2
2. In a saucepan, using an induction hob, add the chocolate and clotted cream together, stir to combine. Make sure the saucepan never gets too hot as this could cause the chocolate to seize.

Once everything has come together, pour into a storage container and chill for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Step 4
When the chocolate is cool, use a spoon and your fingers to shape into balls and roll in the cocoa powder, raspberries or nuts.
Step 5
Store in the fridge. Enjoy!
