Simple, plant-based and easy to make chocolate fudge bites with only 3 main ingredients. Top the chocolate and nut butter mixture with mixed chopped nuts for tasty, raw and delicious chocolate treats.

Chocolate Nutty Fudge Bites

200g Divine 70% dark chocolate baking bar
140g almond or another nut butter
80g mixed nuts, chopped small
Maldon salt flakes, optional
Method
Step 1
Break up the chocolate and set in bowl over a pan of simmering water and add the nut butter. Melt together until silky smooth.
Step 2
Pour into silicone moulds or one large lined container and sprinkle over the chopped nuts and a tiny pinch of salt, if you like. Allow to set in the fridge for 2 hours.
Step 3
Slice into bites or remove from the mini moulds. Store in the fridge.
