Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup porridge oats
1/4 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup almond milk
1 vanilla pod (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
4 tbsp raisins or dried fruit
4 tbsp chopped Divine 70% dark chocolate with raspberries
Method
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, adding the chocolate and dried fruit last.
Step 2
Roll into balls then flatten slightly and place on a lined baking tray.
Step 3
Bake at 170c for 20 minutes.
