For those after a more healthy option that’s still a chocolatey rich treat, Ian Marber aka. The Food Doctor has created a recipe for Divine Pots au Chocolat. These are so simple to make but taste incredible. Ian says, “I believe that no diet is complete without treats and these Chocolate Pots are one of my very favourites. The nuts offer some protein and crunch and blend perfectly with the rich dark chocolate”.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 2 People
Ingredients
40g Divine 85% Dark Chocolate
2 tbsp hot water
4 tbsp fromage frais
1 tbsp of toasted hazelnuts, crushed
Method
Step 1
Slowly melt the Divine 85% Dark Chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (make sure the bottom of the bowl doesn’t touch the water).
Step 2
Stir in the hot water and mix well to make a thick, shiny paste.
Step 3
Allow to cool then stir in fromage frais.
Step 4
Divide the chocolate mix between two espresso-sized coffee cups and put in the fridge to chill.
Step 5
Toast the nuts by cooking them in a hot, heavy dry pan for a couple of minutes and then grinding them in a pestle and mortar.
Step 6
When the chocolate pots are chilled, top each portion with half the nuts and serve.
