Easy to make in a blender, these fudgsicles are rich and creamy and only need a few basic ingredients. Make them throughout summer for a delicious chocolatey snack that is naturally vegan and gluten-free.

Chocolate Hazelnut Fudgsicles
Prep Time: 20 minutes + cooling
Serves: 12 People
Ingredients
1 banana
40g cocoa powder
1 tin coconut milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
A pinch of salt
15g hazelnuts, chopped
270g Dark Hazelnut Chocolate, melted
30g hazelnuts, chopped
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
Method
Step 1
1. Add the banana, cocoa powder, coconut milk, maple syrup and salt to a blender and whizz until creamy. Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.2. Remove from the and dip into the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with the extra chopped hazelnuts and desiccated coconut and set the chocolate in the freezer. Eat straight away or return to the freezer.
