Simple chocolate treats that are fun to make with your family. Melt your favourite chocolate and shape into lollipops decorated with rainbow sprinkles.

Rainbow Sprinkle Lollipops

100g Divine Chocolate e.g. Dark Ginger and Orange
10-12 lolly sticks
Sprinkles
Method
Step 1
Break up the chocolate and warm over a pan of simmering water. Stir until melted.
Step 2
Cover a flat plate or shopping board with parchment paper (that can fit in the fridge).
Step 3
Use 1 large teaspoon measure of chocolate to make a circle on the parchment paper. Submerge a lolly stick into the chocolate round and decorate with sprinkles. Continue to use all the chocolate. Transfer the plate/board to the fridge to allow the chocolate to set for 20 minutes. Carefully peel off the parchment paper and enjoy!
