50g oats
100ml hot water
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 pitted date or 1 tbsp maple syrup
1 ripe banana
80-100ml plant-based milk

Step 1
1. Make the chocolate oats: soak the oats in boiling water for 5 minutes then add to a blender with the rest of the ingredients until thick and creamy.2.
